Me. Sapp, a wonderful selfless intelligent love giving man! Southern Roots in KY, a real life "Bob the Builder"; always constructing, reconstructing, or modifying something. Faithfully playing the lottery with big hopes and dreams. Will be genuinely missed, but genuinely loved

He was so Loved by his family. When his family spoke of him they would always have a smile on their face. He will be in their hearts forever.

It was always a pleasure living near the Sapp family when we all lived on Tecumseh st. Mr and Mrs Sapp and children were all very polite and nice. RIP Mr. Sapp. God needed another Angel.
